Data and purposes
We process your name, email address, optional company name and communications to respond to enquiries. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for general enquiries and business contacts, our legitimate interest in handling communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We also process technical data, such as IP address, browser and connection information, to operate the website and prevent spam and abuse, based on our legitimate interest in security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contacting us is optional. Your name, email address and message are required to use the form; your company name is optional. Without the required data, we cannot handle your enquiry through the form. The data is not used for promotional campaigns.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised personnel and providers of hosting, security and spam prevention, email delivery and mailbox services may access the data according to their roles. Cloudflare also processes spam-prevention signals as an independent controller to improve Turnstile, as described in its privacy notice.
Hosting, security and email delivery services involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Transfers are subject to the safeguards in the relevant agreements, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You may request information and copies of the safeguards using the contact above.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained as needed to handle them, for a maximum of 12 months after closure. Where a contractual relationship follows, the relevant retention obligations apply. Any additional retention to establish, exercise or defend legal claims is limited to the necessary data and period. For technical data and service copies, the criteria are submission verification, investigation of anomalies and abuse, and the deletion and overwrite cycles of the systems used.
Rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Use the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
